OUR COMPANY:
Modern Window cleaning Co. Started in 1926 and has serviced the window cleaning needs
of West Michigan for over 80 years.
The leadership of Progressive Building Services sincerely believes that the success and future
growth of the organization lies in the continuing development of its staff from both a professional
and personal perspective.
Our employees are highly skilled professionals. They must pass criminal background checks
and random drug screens. They strictly adhere to all OSHA standards and all safety procedures.
We are very proud of the high retention rate of our employees. We attribute this to our
selection process, our philosophy in how we treat staff, our benefit package, and our
evaluation process. We pay for performance based on the Quality Assurance
inspections that we conduct
Developing our management team to be effective leaders is one of our strategic
goals.
We currently promote our best employees to supervisors and then our best
supervisors to manager. Our executive leadership team meets with our
managers on a weekly basis to further train them in all aspects of our business:
